If the Flow headset is cabled correctly and powered on, the Flow UI will follow the startup sequence shown in the images below. Allow approximately 30 seconds after powering on the headset for the Flow UI to progress from the initial screen to the countdown.If the Flow UI remains stuck on "Searching for Flow Headset," please ensure the following.
- Is the LED light on the back of the headset turned on?
- No: Use the On/Off switch on the power cable to turn the device on.
- Yes: Progress to the next question.
- Is there an LED on the power brick (plugged into the wall) and is it turned on?
- No: Try another electrical outlet to make sure the power brick is receiving power.
- Yes: Progress to the next question.
- Is the PWR side of the cable plugged into the power brick?
- No: Make sure your cables are properly configured according to the schematic below.
- Is the DATA side of the cable plugged into the computer?
- No: Make sure your cables are properly configured according to the schematic below.
- Is the FLOW side of the cable plugged into the Flow headset?
- No: Make sure your cables are properly configured according to the schematic below.
If the answer to all of the above questions is yes and the UI is still stuck, please click the Support button in the bottom-right corner of the Portal to contact our team. This will automatically send diagnostics to help us resolve the issue quickly.
