The following 12 steps will get you up and running with your first Kernel Flow session.

• Before you Begin: Handling the Flow2 headset
• Step 1: Install the acquisition driver (if needed)
• Step 2: Configure Kernel Cloud
• Step 3: Connect the EEG components (optional)
• Step 4: Set up the Flow2 system
• Step 5: Start up the Flow2 system
• Step 6: Place the Flow2 headset on the participant
• Step 7: Getting the Best Signal
• Step 8: Tune the lasers
• Step 9: Record a dataset
• Step 10: Perform a Task (optional)
• Step 11: End the recording and remove Flow2
• Step 12: View or download your data
